Hopefully I'm not asking this for the 10,000th time on the board...
Anyone have a good resource for Liquid Pectin Enzyme in larger than .5oz quantity listed in the CS referrals on amazon? I'm looking to do a fair bit of testing and I'll blow through that in a couple sittings I imagine. Modernist Pantry?
Additionally, can anyone tell me why I go with liquid rather than just buy bulk pectin enzyme powder and either just use that straight in or make liquid from that myself (besides the obvious advantages of working with any pre-dissolved substance)?
